Sign-in help

Sign in (and sign out)

Get into your account, and sign out when you’re done.

  1. Open your school’s KidsHub sign-in page, or open the KidsHub app.
  2. Enter the phone number or email your school has on file and tap Continue.
  3. Enter your password and tap Log In. Or tap “Email me a code” and enter the 6-digit code from your email.
  4. To sign out later, open the menu at the bottom of the sidebar and tap Sign Out.

You’re signed in and land on your dashboard.

If something’s wrong

  • I don’t know which phone number or email to use.

Use the phone number or email your school registered you with. Try your email if your phone number doesn’t work, or contact your school.

  • I’ve forgotten my password.

Tap Forgot password on the sign-in page — see “Reset a forgotten password”.

  • It won’t accept my phone number, email or password.

Check for typos and use the phone number or email your school has on file. If it still fails, reset your password or contact your school.

Reset a forgotten password

Get back in if you can’t remember your password.

  1. On the sign-in page, tap Forgot password.
  2. Enter your phone number or email and tap Reset Password.
  3. Open the reset link we send you.
  4. Set and confirm your new password.

Your password is reset — sign in with the new one.

If something’s wrong

  • I didn’t get the link.

Check your spam folder, make sure it’s the phone number or email your school has on file, and try again. If nothing arrives, contact your school.

What is my PIN?

The short code you use to sign attendance — and how to find or reset it.

  1. Your PIN is a 4-digit code you use to sign your child in or out and confirm attendance. It’s separate from your account password.
  2. You can set or reset it once you’re signed in: open the menu at the bottom of the sidebar, tap Profile and open the Security PIN tab. Enter 4 digits and save to set your first PIN, or tap Reset to change it.
  3. Can’t sign in yet? Reset your password first (see “Reset a forgotten password”), then set your PIN — or ask your school to send it to you.

You know what your PIN is for and how to set or reset it.

If something’s wrong

  • I’ve forgotten my PIN and can’t sign in.

Reset your password to sign in, then reset your PIN in your profile — or contact your school to have it sent to you.
